Factory Production Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production processes in a factory at Tema. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe production, meeting quality and output targets, and leading a team of production staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production processes to meet quality and output targets • Oversee and allocate work assignments to production staff • Monitor and control production costs and waste • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize production • Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and knowledge • Analyze production data and report on performance metrics

Requirements

• The person should have sufficient knowledge in injection molding m/c & having minimum of 7 years of experience in household items production & fully aware of all the following works. • Work in shift 12 hours • shift manpower handling • setting of molds and machines efficiently with very minimal rejection • connection of air & water line to mold • check hourly production & rejection with proper documentation • report to shift engineer • Monitor & shift hourly production to FG & SFG AREA with proper counting • Basic knowledge in cooling tower, LT panel & air compressor & generator start up
