Land Surveyor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join a team, responsible for conducting surveys to determine the boundaries, topography, and features of land parcels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in surveying principles, techniques, and instruments, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using specialized instruments and technology • Measure and calculate land distances, angles, and elevations • Determine property boundaries and prepare maps and reports • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and government agencies • Ensure compliance with surveying regulations and standards • Analyze data and prepare detailed reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or certification • Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying • Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques • Proficiency with surveying instruments and software • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
