We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage construction projects from planning to completion • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets • Coordinate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management • Proven track record of successful project delivery • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
