Overview

Your job as a Digital Teacher will be to provide students with excellent online learning resources and information.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Classroom Management: Manages online classrooms, including setting up virtual learning environments and ensuring technical issues are minimized. • Lesson Planning: Develops and delivers engaging digital lessons, adapting curricula for online delivery. • Student Support: Provides individualized support to students, answering questions and addressing concerns via digital channels. • Content Creation: Creates multimedia educational content, such as videos, podcasts, and interactive simulations. • Assessment and Feedback: Designs and implements digital assessments, providing constructive feedback to students. • Technology Integration: Stays up-to-date with educational technology, integrating new tools and platforms into teaching practices. • Online Community Building: Fosters a sense of community among students, encouraging collaboration and discussion in online forums and discussions.

Requirements

• Education bachelor's degree or a closely related degree • A track record of success as a teacher, ideally in an online or digital setting; a solid grasp of the platforms and resources used in digital education • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • The capacity to design interactive and captivating online courses • A love of learning and a dedication to the achievement of students
