DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create, deploy, and manage safe, effective, and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS or other cloud providers. • Create and oversee continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring procedures. • Work together with software engineers to guarantee that performance, security, and code quality requirements are satisfied. • In order to guarantee system performance and dependability, implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions. • To increase productivity and consistency across development, testing, and production environments, automate repetitive operations. • To guarantee the integrity and security of our systems, perform frequent vulnerability assessments and security assessments. • Investigate and quickly fix problems with the infrastructure. • Record best practices, procedures, and infrastructure designs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. • Five or more years of DevOps or equivalent experience. • Strong familiarity with cloud computing systems like Google Cloud, Azure, or Amazon. • Competence with CI/CD tools, like SonarQube, Git, Jenkins, and others. • Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. • Familiarity with orchestration and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code technologies such as CloudFormation and Terraform. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to taking on obstacles. • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. • Familiarity with logging and monitoring platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
