Your duties as a Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist will include pitching and closing deals with prospective clients on our safety precautions, corrosion prevention solutions, and other products. In addition to handling client concerns and guaranteeing top-notch customer service, you will offer technical support. You will also work together with the marketing and sales team to create tactics that work and hit sales goals.
• Sales Calls: Make sales calls to prospective customers to understand their needs and pitch relevant solutions. • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers and resolve any product-related issues. • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services. • Product Training: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and train sales teams on technical aspects. • Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials like datasheets, case studies, and presentations. • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to improve products and services.
• Sales expertise and technical sales • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; background in technical assistance • Proficiency in customer service with prior industrial or technical industry experience • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline • Capacity to operate both individually and in a team
