Overview

Working together with the digital strategist, you will create and execute successful digital strategies for our customers in 25 different markets, each at a different state of digital maturity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complete digital-first integrated strategies in collaboration with the Head of Digital and/or the Digital Strategist. These strategies should be adapted to local requirements and client goals while also being in line with global guidelines. • Manage the daily operations of the projects you've been given, making sure they are finished on schedule and within the allotted budget and scope. • Identify and resolve any obstacles on campaigns and initiatives in a proactive manner, encouraging cooperation to get the best results. • Keep abreast of digital trends and technology in Africa and throughout the world, seeking for creative answers to local and regional problems and possibilities. • Develop into a reliable advisor to clients, offering knowledgeable direction on the digital landscape to assist in the accomplishment of their commercial objectives. • Oversee and assist in the implementation of digital initiatives using a variety of platforms, such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and data analytics. • Encourage smooth communication among team members inside the agency to guarantee that digital initiatives mesh well with other marketing platforms. • Collaborate closely with major platform providers like Google, Meta, and others, making use of their knowledge and assets to promote creativity and initiative. • Meet or surpass customer expectations and produce quantifiable outcomes by outperforming key performance indicators (KPIs) and proving return on investment. • To improve strategy and tactics, analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. • Assist in creating a vibrant and encouraging team atmosphere that encourages cooperation, creativity, and ongoing education among the digital team members.

Requirements

• Three to five years of expertise in a similar sector or digital marketing, with a track record of accomplishment in campaign execution and strategy formulation. • Strong grasp of social media, content marketing, SEO, data analytics, and other digital marketing platforms. • Being able to lead and inspire a team is a bonus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and the capacity to change with the times in a variety of settings. • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presenting abilities to establish rapport and trust with clients, coworkers, and team members. • Proficiency in English is essential. French or Portuguese regional languages are advantageous.
