Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin to manage our agency and recharge user accounts. As an Agency and Recharge User's Management Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our agency and recharge user management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage agencies and recharge users, be in charge of the revenue data of managed agencies and recharge users. • Sum up the reasons for the changes in the data of the managed agencies and recharge users, and propose corresponding solutions based on data analysis. • Maintain relationship with agents and recharge users, communicate deeply with managed agencies and recharge users, fully understand user demands, and provide constructive suggestions based on user feedbacks. • Conduct competitive product research in detail based on user demands and feedbacks to provide product features that better meet user needs.
