Professional Skills Instructor

Overview

To become a Professional Skills Instructor for our training programs, we are looking for a driven and skilled individual to join our team. You will be instrumental in providing participants with the fundamental information and abilities required to succeed in the workplace, ranging from networking and communication skills to interview strategies and career goal-setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and present dynamic, interesting classes every day to students both in-person and virtually. • To accommodate different learning styles, use a range of teaching techniques, such as interactive activities, role-playing exercises, case studies, and lectures. • To make learning applicable and useful, provide real-world examples and scenarios. • Using online forums, chats, and one-on-one consultations, provide participants tailored advice and comments. • Work together with other educators and program managers to guarantee the efficacy and consistency of the program. • Keep up with the latest developments in the field and the finest practices for professional growth. • Continue to refine the online courses and instruction strategies in light of student feedback and data analysis. • Carry out additional responsibilities delegated by the department head to ensure the training program's overall success.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related profession (such as business, education, or communication). • Two years at least of experience in a training or development capacity for professionals. • Shown ability to create and deliver effective online training materials. • Excellent presenting and communication abilities. • Superb verbal and writing abilities, coupled with an easy-to-understand teaching approach. • The capacity to establish a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere. • Strong sense of order and adeptness in managing time. • Adept at using communication and learning channels online. • A strong commitment to professional growth and a desire to enable people to realize their career potential.
