As a female sales and marketing executive in the real estate market, your job involves promoting and selling properties, developing marketing strategies to attract clients, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, showcase properties, and close deals.
• Works together with the marketing and sales departments to accomplish company objectives. • works constantly to enhance organizational processes, giving the sales and marketing teams feedback to help them improve procedures and take advantage of new and developing market opportunities. • keeps accurate records of everyday sales operations and client/customer information. • encourages clients and consumers to choose, purchase, and utilize the items of the business. • cold calls and prospects for companies. • Answers calls, emails, and online video conferences pertaining to complaints, ideas, and other information from customers or clients. • offers a concluding business plan in relation to sales
• HND/Degree in relevant discipline. (A BBA, a bachelor's degree in marketing or sales is preferred.) • A year or two of sales and marketing expertise would be beneficial. • strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • the capacity to operate in a rapidly expanding and fast-paced company. • A customer-focused mindset and the capacity to pick up on and swiftly adjust to new requirements and adjustments.
