We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy and drive business expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
• Take charge of digital ad sales, and aim to surpass sales targets. • To increase sales, cultivate and preserve long-term partnerships with significant partners, ad agencies, and advertisers. You should also look into new channel business models to create long-term channel advantages. • Gather market data in accordance with HQ's instructions. • Organizing, getting ready, and presenting to clients • Investigating, organizing, and carrying out fresh target market projects • When appropriate, attend industry events, conferences, and seminars. • Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales estimates and analyses. • Track and evaluate performance indicators, make recommendations for enhancements • Examining customer feedback data to ascertain whether clients are happy with the goods and services provided by the business • Examining financial information and creating practical plans to save expenses and boost revenue
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks • Excellent negotiation and closing skills • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
