French Sales Officer

To effectively interact with French-speaking clients and markets, this position demands proficiency in the language as well as good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Management: To find new business prospects, find possible clients, get in touch with them, and build connections. • Sales Objectives: By using proactive outreach and strategic planning, accomplish or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives. • Market research: To comprehend market trends, customer demands, and the competitive environment in the French-speaking market, conduct market research. • Product Knowledge: To effectively display and sell to clients, have a thorough understanding of the company's offerings. • Customer service: Respond to questions from clients, settle conflicts, and guarantee that they are satisfied in order to deliver great customer service. • Sales Reporting: Keep thorough records of all sales-related activities, customer communications, and advancement toward sales targets. • Cooperation: To match strategy and meet business goals, work closely with the marketing division, sales force, and other stakeholders. • Language Proficiency: Use your fluency in French to conduct all sales procedures and to interact with clients in an effective manner.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Language Proficiency: Foundational Fluency in French • Experience: Although not required, previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Applications from recent grads are encouraged. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to forge connections and successfully deliver information. • The applicant needs to be open to visiting Togo.
