• Create and execute HR policies and processes that are specific to our company's needs in the digital financial services sector. • Oversee hiring and onboarding procedures to draw in and keep top people while adhering to corporate goals. • Give managers and staff direction and assistance on HR-related issues, such as career development, employee relations, and performance management. • Oversee training and development programs to improve staff members' competencies in a sector that is changing quickly. • To reduce legal risks, make sure that employment rules and regulations—such as those pertaining to data protection and privacy—are followed. • Utilize wellness programs, recognition schemes, and effective communication to boost staff morale and engagement. • Work together with upper management to match HR tactics to company objectives and promote an innovative and exceptional culture.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a generalist HR job, preferably in the digital financial services sector or a closely connected field, with at least 2 years in a managing or supervisory role. Your prior expertise in the field will provide you insightful knowledge and help you succeed in this position right away. • Sector Experience Understanding the particular difficulties and dynamics of the digital financial services industry requires prior experience in the field or in one that is closely comparable. • Education: A degree in a relevant discipline, including organizational development, human resources, or management. Your educational background will give you the groundwork to comprehend and apply HR best practices in our sector. • Knowledge of Employment Laws: To maintain compliance and reduce legal risks, have a thorough awareness of all applicable employment laws and regulations. • Competencies in Change Management: a track record of effectively managing organizational change while fostering employee engagement and morale • Proficiency in Technology: knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other pertinent HR technology to improve data-driven decision-making and expedite procedures
