Your primary responsibilities will be supporting the organization's technology infrastructure and guaranteeing the seamless operation of digital systems. This will involve helping employees with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, maintaining hardware and software, and improving the overall effectiveness of digital and IT operations. You will report to the Digital Coordinators.
• Assist employees with hardware, software, and network-related problems on a daily basis. • Investigate and fix IT issues quickly and effectively to reduce downtime and guarantee continuous operation. • On a variety of devices, install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software. • Maintain hardware assets by carrying out regular maintenance and repairs on PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. • For the purpose of resolving technological problems that cannot be handled internally, collaborate with suppliers and service providers. • Help maintain the best possible performance and security for the company's IT infrastructure, including websites, software tools, CRM systems databases (Kajabi, Slack, Trello, Bitrix, Microsoft Tools), and networking equipment. • Help with testing, training, and documentation to support IT project implementation. • Using IT service management technologies, promptly monitor and address events and requests for IT services. • Help in educating staff members about security and IT best practices to improve their digital literacy. • Work together as a team to create and execute plans for enhancing IT support procedures and services. • Work together as a team to efficiently assign resources and prioritize tasks. • Keep up with the latest developments in the field and the best practices for organizing and running an office. • Uphold the strictest possible secrecy.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline is required. • Have one (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in an IT support or related position. • Should be skilled in troubleshooting operating systems and productivity apps, as well as hardware and software problems. • Understand systems administration, network protocols, and best practices for IT security. • Have excellent verbal and writing communication skills, as well as the capacity to collaborate with coworkers at all organizational levels. • Capacity to work autonomously, prioritize activities, and adjust to shifting priorities in a hectic setting. • It is advantageous to be familiar with IT service management solutions. • The capacity to efficiently prioritize and balance several responsibilities. • Proficiency with office supplies and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Positivity and a readiness to assume charge.
