Overview

The chosen candidate will be in charge of marketing and improving the organization's mobile banking services for its clientele.

Responsibilities

Uses a variety of methods to interact with both current and new clients in order to advertise mobile banking services.


Teaches clients about the features and advantages of mobile banking apps through presentations.

 
Offers prompt assistance to clients with questions about mobile banking, technological problems, and account-related difficulties. 


Helps clients with the onboarding process for mobile banking applications.

 
Teaches internal employees and clients how to use mobile banking platforms through training sessions. 


Guarantees adherence to all pertinent internal policies and banking legislation. 


Creates and submits reports every two weeks and every month.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree in business administration or a closely related discipline 
three years minimum of experience in a related position. 


Experience in sales or marketing is preferred. 


Familiarity with compliance requirements and banking rules. 


Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
