You will be in charge of managing and keeping an eye on both our company's fleet and the fleets of our clients as a Fleet Tracking and Technician at Company in order to guarantee peak performance and efficiency. Among your responsibilities will be:
• Using telematics and fleet monitoring software to keep an eye on the whereabouts, condition, and performance of the cars in our fleet and the fleets of our clients. • Examining route data to find ways to minimize vehicle wear and tear, save travel times, and maximize fuel economy. • Keeping an eye on performance indicators and vehicle diagnostics to spot mechanical difficulties, maintenance needs, and safety hazards. • Acting as the client's main point of contact for fleet management and tracking, responding to any questions or issues and sending out frequent updates. • Delivering useful insights to improve fleet operations by analyzing fleet tracking data to find trends, patterns, and areas for development. • Producing frequent fleet performance reports that include standards for operating efficiency, compliance data, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Recognizing possible dangers or problems with fleet operations, such using vehicles without permission, going off-route, or breaking safety rules. • Helping customers set up, train, debug, and receive continuous technical assistance for their fleet tracking systems as needed. • Continually seeking for chances to streamline procedures and boost productivity in fleet management and tracking procedures. • Working together with internal teams to guarantee smooth coordination and alignment of fleet tracking initiatives, including fleet management, operations, and customer service.
• A bachelor's degree in transportation, supply chain management, logistics, or a similar discipline. • Two years minimum of expertise with GPS tracking systems, telematics, or fleet tracking. • Proficiency with telematics systems and fleet tracking software. • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Capacity to operate both individually and together in a hectic setting. • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for fleet management. • Precision and meticulousness in the reporting and analysis of data.
