In this position, the intern will support the creation and execution of procedures and policies related to accounting, payroll, budget control, financial management, and administrative work. The intern will obtain practical experience and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world financial operations inside the organization, all under the supervision of a finance supervisor.
The duties and responsibilities of a finance intern: • Work under the administration of the business services division while following administrative and financial procedures. • Gather, comprehend, process, check, and report information pertaining to accounting to the vertical head. • Carry out expert analytical and managerial assistance duties. • Help with the weekly or monthly financial report preparation. • Create and make use of databases, spreadsheets, and other computer programs. • Oversee specialized data, documents, and reports pertaining to charges, invoicing, and project monitoring. • Input data into the financial accounting system of the business. Administrative Intern Tasks and Accountabilities: • Manage all company administrative duties, such as tracking transactions and customer bills. • Throughout the internship, find and acquire at least one new client for CH Business Consult. • Create and release promotional materials for the company. • Make sure that unpaid receivables are collected as soon as possible, and effectively handle client concerns. • Seek out new clients in order to grow the clientele. • Respect the rules and policies of the firm and work to enhance the reputation of your brand.
• HND or undergraduate degree in economics, accounting, or business. • For remote work, a functional laptop and dependable internet access are necessities. • Strong mathematical abilities, numerical proficiency, understanding of accounting concepts, and financial analysis expertise. • Capacity to gather, assess, and analyze data in narrative and statistical formats. • Competent to maintain records, prepare files, and communicate effectively. • Data input, problem-solving, and computer skills, including the use of a variety of software programs. • The capacity to work remotely as long as there are at least two monthly requirements for physical presence.
