Overview

To oversee our sales and marketing staff, we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Head of Sales and Marketing. To meet business goals, the ideal applicant will be in charge of creating and carrying out strategic strategies for marketing and sales. In addition, they will supervise the daily activities of the sales and marketing division, guaranteeing that the group hits and surpasses goals. A strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing, strong leadership abilities, and an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry is needed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Creating a Sales and Marketing Strategy: To meet revenue and business share targets, create and carry out strategic plans for both sales and marketing. • Market Research and Analysis: To find trends, opportunities, and threats from competitors, do market research and analysis. Sales and marketing strategies should be informed by data-driven insights. • Sales Leadership: Assist the sales force in meeting goals by offering direction, mentoring, and assistance when required. Create sales methods to increase profits and revenue. • Promotional Campaigns: Create and carry out marketing strategies to advertise the company's properties and produce leads. This covers events, promotions, advertising, and internet marketing. • Brand management is the process of overseeing and improving a company's reputation and image in the marketplace. Make sure all marketing materials and channels are consistent with your brand. • Building and maintaining solid connections with clients, brokers, and other important stakeholders is the goal of customer relationship management. Assure a high degree of client loyalty and pleasure. • Budget Management: Create and oversee the marketing and sales budget to guarantee optimal return on investment and effective resource use. • Cooperation: To guarantee that sales and marketing strategies are in line with overarching corporate goals, maintain tight coordination with other departments, including development, finance, and operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • A master's degree is recommended. • A minimum of seven years of sales and marketing experience, three of those years spent in a leadership capacity. • A track record of effectively creating and executing sales and marketing plans. • Strong managerial and leadership abilities, with the capacity to uplift and encourage a group. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. • Familiarity with market and industry trends in real estate. • Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office. • The capacity to travel as required. • Understanding Ghana's real estate market is advantageous.
