Overview

The International Business Development Manager will be in charge of boosting revenue and sales through the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, the development and maintenance of client relationships, and tight collaboration with cross-functional teams to create winning plans. In addition, doing competition analyses, conducting market research, and giving prospective customers product demos are all under the purview of the business development manager.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee important sales accounts: • Find and approach possible clients, then make a strong product case for Legendary Foods. • Provide thorough sales proposals with terms of agreement, price, and product specs that are suited to the demands of the customer. • Contracts should be negotiated to guarantee obedience and mutual pleasure. • Obtain POs and sales contracts for the business. • Work together with the CEO to plan, carry out, oversee, and modify the sales strategy. • Set goals for volume and revenue to increase business profitability. - Control and uphold the terms of payment. Developing Demand and Pipeline Forecasts • Prospect clients, industries, and markets strategically using both B2C and B2B channels. • Create distribution plans and find new sales channels for both domestic and foreign markets. • Convert potential customers into purchase orders as the business grows its manufacturing capacity. • Keep up a professional network of contacts for new consumers, clients, and business ventures. • Contribute strategically to the company's pipeline optimization and demand forecasting.

Requirements

• Five plus years of sales experience in FMCG and ingredients. • Shown ability to manage connections with wholesalers, retail chains, and food and beverage firms. • Strong aptitude for market research, client focus, and retention. • Outstanding time management, prioritizing, and multitasking abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Flexibility and the capacity to prosper in a hectic startup setting. • Motivated by results and open to travel. • Superior degree of honesty.
