Overview

As a Call Center Experience Partner, your main responsibility is to handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or issues. You will need to provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and finding appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence from and to visitors about bookings, amenities, and other questions. • Assist visitors individually and provide recommendations according to their needs and interests. • Utilize our booking system to properly and quickly process reservations. • Respond to complaints from visitors and handle problems in a timely and professional manner, elevating complicated problems to the relevant department as needed. • Keep thorough records of all conversations and transactions with guests. • Work together with other team members to guarantee smooth operations and guest pleasure.

Requirements

• It would be ideal if you have prior experience in a contact center, hospitality, or customer service. • Excellent communication abilities, both vocal and written. • Excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-focused approach. • Proficiency with computers and a rapid learning curve for new software. • Capacity to prioritize and multitask in a hectic setting. • The ability to work on the weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
