We are looking for a self-driven country manager to support the growth of our business. All activities will be overseen by the country manager in order to maintain the affiliate's profitability. Writing reports and budgeting, hiring and training staff, and evaluating employees' work are among the duties.
• Communicating with corporate and preparing reports on a quarterly or annual basis. • Hiring, screening, and onboarding all new employees. • Conducting in-depth research on the nation or area and modifying plans as necessary. • Tracking every level of performance and planning necessary training. • Putting into practice a winning brand strategy and maintaining consistency. • Establishing business ties with employees and clients. • Preserving the organization's positive reputation at all times.
• A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a similar discipline (a master's degree is preferred). • A postgraduate degree in finance, sales, or a related field is also accepted. • A solid foundation of information about the nation or region and an open mind. • The capacity to deliver top-notch client service. • Strong people-management abilities. • It helps to have prior organizational management experience. • Sensitivity to various cultural standards. • You have to speak English well. • You have to be between the ages of 35 and 45. • You need to have worked in management or business administration for at least six years. • In addition to having excellent behavior, you must be a citizen of the nation in which you now reside.
