Overview

Optimize and efficiently manage time, materials, and resources for both internal and external maintenance. To enhance asset care practices and performance, interpret, analyze, and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that quality, environmental, and health and safety standards are followed. • Verify that local maintenance regulations are being followed. • Collaborate with craft teams and maintenance leaders to identify underperforming plant locations and support improvement initiatives. • In compliance with organization’s Work Planning and Scheduling standards, in charge of managing SAP data integrity for business area(s) of responsibility with regard to plant and equipment structures, maintenance plans, task lists, and work orders • Assist Asset Care Leaders and Asset Care Technicians in making sure that work requests are properly evaluated technically and planned before work is scheduled. • Encourage and guide store teams to implement work kitting in compliance with organization’s Work Planning and Scheduling guidelines to facilitate effective and efficient planning. • In collaboration with equipment owners, asset care technicians, and operators, support and energize the implementation of the MMS Asset Care strategy and practice in the business area(s) of responsibility. • Conduct weekly meetings for coordinated planning related to asset care, assigning tasks for planned maintenance, reporting performance, and deciding on improvement initiatives with partners. • Encourage activities to increase compliance and performance by supporting the Daily Operational Review meetings, which are used to report Asset Care performance. • Resolve any unfinished work by setting priorities and rescheduling • Maintain weekly maintenance schedules and adhere to the leader's standard work consistently. • Maximize the utilization of time and materials resources Strive for continuous improvement in performance. Set high goals for your action planning and execution. • Encourage team spirit, acknowledge excellent work, and move quickly to rectify poor performance as necessary. • Talk about acceptable behavior in a safe environment; feel free to challenge one other and guests. • Show your self-awareness and personal growth strategy.

Requirements

• HND in engineering with 5 years planning/scheduling experience or First degree in Engineering with a 3 years working experience • Experienced in data analysis, use of applications (excel, word, etc.) and business systems (SAP, Harford, etc.) • Experienced in a manufacturing /maintenance environment, good interpersonal skills both written and verbal, root cause problems solving skills
