Human Resource Manager(Manufacturing)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, labor relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a critical role in driving business results, improving employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management • Administer benefits, compensation, and leave programs • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions • Collaborate with leadership team to drive organizational change and improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing setting • Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Nice to Have: • Experience with HRIS systems and analytics • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement • Bilingual or multilingual skills
