Sales And Marketing Specialist

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position at WeLearn Ghana for a Sales Generalist. In addition to daily sales duties, the Sales Generalist will also be in charge of customer service, sales management, and training. The position include marketing and sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and guaranteeing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities. • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, etc.). • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations. • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts. • Analyze sales and marketing performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Some additional responsibilities might include: • Managing trade shows and event marketing • Developing and managing budgets • Collaborating with product teams on product launches • Creating and managing sales enablement materials • Conducting competitor analysis
