As a sales associate, your duties will include helping clients choose the best goods for their needs, delivering top-notch customer support, and making sure the company meets its sales targets. Creating a great shopping experience for customers will be your main goal, along with increasing sales and encouraging repeat business.
• As needed, help with sales at regional and worldwide exhibits. • Oversee sales activations and create new avenues for sales. • Oversee the Ghanaian market's sales procedure. • Give customers product details, respond to their inquiries, and make recommendations. • Make precise and timely transactions by utilizing the point-of-sale (POS) technology. • Meet or surpass the management-set sales targets and objectives. • Engage customers in conversation to learn about their wants and preferences. • To increase revenue potential, cross- and upsell items. • Respond professionally to all questions, issues, and complaints from customers. • Help with inventory control, which includes stock inspections and shipment receipts. • Work together as a team to accomplish organizational goals and uphold a positive work atmosphere.
• While not necessary, prior retail or sales experience is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Customer-oriented and upbeat in disposition. • Capacity to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced work setting. • Basic knowledge of math and experience handling currency. • Openness to learning about goods and market developments. • The ability to work a range of hours, including weekends, vacations, and evenings.
