Overview

Managing relationships in the Banking Sub Segment, generating new business by aggressively seeking out opportunities, and pitching value-adding financial solutions from a variety of standard and/or customized product offerings are the primary goals of the position.

Responsibilities

• Create sales efforts that are in keeping with the different segment strategies to define a sales portfolio growth strategy that is in line with established growth targets. • Determine the needs of the consumer and provide tailored solutions while promoting other FNB products. • Drive objectives with initiative. • Create and manage a large social and commercial network, and understand how to use these to your advantage to bring in steady income. • Plan seminars, networking events, and other gatherings to foster enduring relationships with clients. • Provide outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond their expectations by coming up with timely, creative, and sensible solutions.

Requirements

• Have a degree in relevant field. • Possess five to six years of relevant experience. • Flexible and inquisitive. • Prosper in a team-oriented work setting.
