Overview

In order to maximize return on capital employed, the Branch's resources, including employee development, must be directed and managed in accordance with the Bank's short- and long-term plans, policies, and values. Additionally, customer loyalty can be fostered by offering superior customer service, and new business can be identified and promoted to ensure growth (sales) without taking on unmanageable risks.

Responsibilities

• Gain a higher net profit for the company. • Attain enduring Balanced Scorecard Outcomes and Business Standards. • Create a culture of service that fosters fulfilling connections, suggests innovations, and enables others to deliver top-notch customer care. • To support the sales strategy, establish and manage strategic partnerships with both external and internal parties. • Create and execute a thorough sales and service plan to meet the demands, goals, and expectations of your customers. • Keep an eye on modifications to initiatives, laws, rules, and pertinent industry practices. • Make sure the right interventions are written and put into action. • Verify adherence to audit specifications. • With the express purpose of improving sales efficiency, monitor, regulate, and impact sales activity. • Create the documentation and materials.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in banking or a similar qualification • Have five to six years of relevant experience • Adaptable and curious • Thrive in a collaborative working environment
