Maintaining excellent client experiences across several online channels is vital for you as an E-commerce client Support & Social Media Associate. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a thorough understanding of social media involvement are required for this role.
Customer Support • Make sure that customer orders are accurately and promptly confirmed by phone calls and email, among other methods of communication. • Check order details, such as product choice, quantity, cost, and shipping details, to make sure everything is correct and to address any inconsistencies. • Work together with the operations group to make sure that customer orders are processed efficiently. Help with organizing order fulfillment, which includes managing inventories, packing, and shipping. • Answer questions from clients and offer precise, prompt support through phone calls, live chat, and email. • Help clients place orders, ask questions about products, get tracking details, and handle returns and exchanges. Assure total client satisfaction by professionally and empathetically addressing complaints and issues raised by customers. • Work together with other departments and team members to handle consumer concerns and offer thorough solutions. • Keep thorough and precise records of all conversations and transactions with customers. • Keep abreast of any changes to corporate policies or procedures as well as product knowledge. • Always work to enhance customer service procedures and support group objectives. Social Media • Keep an eye on and interact with clients on social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook. • Provide captivating material for social media posts, such as client testimonials, promotions, and product highlights. • Work together with the marketing team to create and implement social media initiatives that will raise brand recognition and boost revenue. • Creating and carrying out promotions and campaigns on social media to aid with marketing efforts.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is preferred. • Prior customer service experience. • Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally, along with a kind and polished manner. • Adeptness in creating content and managing communities on social media platforms for business goals. • A creative attitude driven by a desire to connect with consumers and foster brand loyalty.
