Overview

You will be in charge of improving and maintaining the casino offering across all of our brands in this capacity. Managing provider relationships, contracts, and game performance will be crucial to your role in making sure our gaming options are interesting, competitive, and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provider Relationship Management: Oversee commercial agreements, negotiate exclusive campaigns and promotions, and serve as the main point of contact for all provider relationships. • Supervise the process of localizing and customizing casino lobbies in order to improve player pleasure and engagement. • Game Portfolio Management: Take the lead in comprehending our game portfolio and evaluating risk elements such as volatility, game exposure, and abuse tracking in order to maximize performance. • Operational Support: Oversee and assist with routine operational duties in all online casino verticals, such as lobby administration, game performance assessment, and releases. • Coordination of Campaigns: Work together with the CRM and Marketing departments to develop and implement campaigns for casino products that are in line with overarching marketing plans. • Market Analysis: To find trends in the market and areas where our online operations can be improved, we regularly analyze our competitors. • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain close lines of communication and cooperation in all facets of casino operations by cooperating with both internal and external stakeholders. • Escalation Point: Act as the primary point of contact for Customer Support team escalations pertaining to products, handling problems in a timely and efficient manner. • Co-own the creation of the monthly and quarterly communication strategies for the casino product, making sure they are consistent and in line with the overarching goals of the company. • Team Leadership: Assemble and manage a group of seasoned casino workers to maximize the efficiency and financial gain of our gaming options.

Requirements

• Experience: At least one year spent as a Casino Manager overseeing marketing and game portfolios, and four or more years of prior experience in the casino division of an iGaming operator. • Strong grasp of market trends, major game producers, and game mechanics characterizes industry knowledge. • Knowledge of provider rates and other facets of the provider-operator relationship is a sign of commercial acumen. • Analytical Skills: Able to take on portfolio optimization tactics and delve into game data, this person is a numerical thinker. • Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a high-pressure setting with a broad range of brands, as well as the ability to form and manage a team as the company expands. • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken communication abilities in English
