To join our team, we are seeking a driven and perceptive Fund Management Associate. Our dedication to managing investment portfolios with a sharp emphasis on obtaining optimal returns while minimizing risk is fundamental to our function. The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing client funds, upholding current connections, and rapidly expanding the company's assets under control. A flexible work environment and the ability to operate autonomously are prerequisites for success in this position.
• To increase the assets under management, maintain current client relationships and do business development activity for new clients.
• Help manage client investment portfolios, making sure they achieve their financial objectives and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
• Analyze and perform financial due diligence on prospective investments.
• Communicating with traders and market dealers regarding the buying and selling of stocks.
• Communicating with deposit-taking institutions and discount houses to arrange the placement of monies.
• Preparing financial documentation on particular investments and future prospects to be presented to existing and prospective investors.
• Track and report on the performance of your portfolio, and make any required strategy adjustments to stay in line with the market.
• Take part in research projects to find trends in the market and profitable ventures.
• Ensuring adherence to all investment compliance rules

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar discipline; a master's degree or CFA qualification is advantageous.
• Three years minimum of expertise in an associated financial field such as investment analysis or fund management, with a track record of increasing assets under management.
• Completion of the Ghana Securities Industry Course is a prerequisite.
• Outstanding analytical abilities, including a clear understanding of the different products and procedures used in fund management
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, able to build enduring relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Solid knowledge of Ghana's regulatory framework, securities market, and compliance standards.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis software, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to oversee several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
• Creative, strategic thinker who pays close attention to details.
• The capacity to speak on behalf of the business and its clients in meetings with outside parties.
• The capacity to work well in a group.
