Overview

As a key member of our team, the investment banking associate will oversee junior employees, drive execution, and take part in transaction structuring. High levels of analytical rigor, the capacity to oversee challenging projects, and a dedication to provide our clients with outstanding performance are requirements for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, organizing, and carrying out of advising and investment banking transactions.
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Create complex financial models to assess possible transactions and financial strategy.
• Leadership and Team Development: Coach and guide junior employees, offering advice on professional development and technical abilities.
• Market and Industry Analysis: To assist with strategic decision-making and client suggestions, perform a thorough analysis of market trends and industry data.
• Presentation and Pitch Development: Prepare thorough pitch books and presentations that you may provide to stakeholders and clients.
• Client management and business development: cultivate and uphold enduring bonds with clients, spot fresh business prospects, and aid in the expansion of the company.
• Teamwork: To guarantee seamless deal execution, cooperate with coworkers from different departments and other working parties.

Requirements

• Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CFA; MBA.
• Four or more years of experience in a relevant sector, such as private equity, investment banking, or financial advising, with a track record of success in financial analysis and deal execution.
• Completion of the Ghana Securities Industry Course is a prerequisite.
• Powerful leadership abilities
• Outstanding analytical and financial modeling abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, able to build enduring relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Solid knowledge of Ghana's regulatory framework, securities market, and compliance standards.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis software, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to oversee several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
• Creative, strategic thinker who pays close attention to details.
• Cooperative team member with a great sense of initiative.
