Area Sales Managers

Overview

In this position, your duties will include growing the company's presence, hitting revenue goals in the designated region, and overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing for the company's line of products.

Responsibilities

• Creation of monthly marketing, sales, and strategic strategies to reach MPL's annual operating plan-aligned sales targets for all SKUs. • Hire, oversee, and mentor the sales team to help them advance their abilities and meet monthly sales goals and KPI targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Distributors are appointed, managed, and developed through regular reviews of daily sales and stock levels, advice on sales and operations, and interaction on a shared platform. • Making routine market inspections to verify product availability, display, and pricing compliance. • Monitoring rival products and activities and making aggressive plans to thwart them. • Assemble, evaluate, and create a successful sales plan using the sales data. • Whatever additional tasks that your supervisor may occasionally assign you. • Periodically, these job descriptions might be examined.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a sales team. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track sales performance. • Flexibility to travel within the assigned area and meet with clients. • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) preferably MBA in Marketing. • Between 7-15 years’ work experience as a manger in similar role.
