Telemarketing Associate

Overview

We are looking to add a customer-focused and detail-oriented Telemarketing associate to our vibrant team.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential customers in an effort to qualify leads, spark interest, and present our goods and services. • In order to comprehend the requirements, problems, and purchasing preferences of decision-makers and important stakeholders, engage with them. • Effectively convey the benefits of our goods and services and respond to any queries or reservations that potential customers may have. • Determine and qualify potential sales prospects using pre-established standards and qualifying requirements. • Make appointments for sales representatives to speak with qualifying leads again or to show them products. • Ensure that the CRM system has correct and current records of every interaction you have with prospects. • Achieve or surpass weekly/monthly targets for generating leads, making calls, and scheduling appointments. • Work together with the marketing and sales departments to match telemarketing initiatives with overarching sales and marketing goals. • To spot possible possibilities and obstacles, keep up with market trends, industry trends, and competitor activity. • Seek out opportunities for process optimization and improvement on a constant basis to boost the efficacy and efficiency of telemarketing.

Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities, both vocal and written. • Capacity to convince and bargain, establishing a rapport with potential customers. • A results-oriented approach, hitting or surpassing sales goals. • Capable of working both individually and collaboratively in a hectic setting. • Proficiency with other sales tools and CRM applications. • Strong time-management and organizing abilities. • Professionalism, moral rectitude, and ethical behavior. • Willingness to learn new sales techniques and technology. • A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is preferred.
