Overview

Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the print and design industry. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain CRM database with accurate client information and sales.

Requirements

  • Required Skills or Experience Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the print, design, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
