Marketing Officer

Overview

As a Marketing Officer in the IT industry, your role would involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote IT products or services. You would conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Using a variety of sales techniques, such as cold calling and in-person prospecting, find and seize new business possibilities. • Work together with current clients to comprehend their requirements, simplify procedures, and cut expenses. • Perform in-depth evaluations of the demands of the customer, provide presentations and proposals, and conduct product demonstrations. • Meet with decision-makers, learn about their business objectives, and adjust sales strategies as necessary. • Reach or surpass sales targets and establish yourself as an authority on our software products. • Recognize and respond to consumer questions, offering suitable answers in accordance with their requirements. • Make sure internal systems are updated and follow up on leads. • Oversee the sales cycle in its entirety, including transaction closing, negotiations, and presentations. • Effectively communicate with clients at all technical and business levels.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing/advertising • Two or more years of expertise in software marketing projects; experience in B2B and SaaS marketing will be given preference. • Practical familiarity with project management software • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms • Outstanding abilities in presenting and communication
