Being a travel consultant is an exciting job where you get to help people plan their dream vacations! You'll assist with booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries. It's all about making sure travelers have an amazing experience.
• Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. • Providing recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities. • Researching and staying up-to-date on travel trends and regulations. • Handling travel documentation such as visas and passports. • Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during travel. • Building and maintaining relationships with travel suppliers. • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with the booking systems Amadeus and Galileo • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with clients in an efficient manner • Outstanding attention to detail and organizing abilities. • The capacity to juggle several tasks at once and operate independently. • Understanding of travel laws and the prerequisites for passports and visas. • Strong research abilities to identify the ideal travel choices for customers • The capacity to fulfill deadlines and perform successfully under duress. • Flexibility and a readiness to work on the weekends and on holidays in addition to regular business hours.
