• As you follow all legal and regulatory criteria, accurately and efficiently dispense prescription drugs. • Advise patients on how to take medications correctly, how much to take, and any possible side effects. • Work together with medical professionals to optimize drug regimens and guarantee patient security. • Oversee the ordering, stocking, and upkeep of pharmaceutical supplies as part of inventory management. • Including medication reviews and adherence evaluations, offer medication therapy management services. • Educate patients about managing their condition, taking their medications as prescribed, and changing their lifestyle. • Keep up with the most recent advancements in the pharmaceutical industry, including new drugs, treatments, and protocols for care.
• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree from a recognized pharmacy school. • Ghanaian pharmacists currently hold a license. • Two years of experience as a pharmacist in a clinical, hospital, or retail environment. • Solid understanding of medication management concepts, pharmacology, and pharmacotherapy. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust with both patients and healthcare professionals. • Knowledge of pharmacy technology and software, such as electronic health records and prescription distribution systems.
