Responsibilities

• Find new business chances by analyzing and investigating sales choices; finding prospects and assessing their standing in the industry. • By getting in touch with potential customers and building relationships, you can sell houses. • Give clients advice on various house styles, costs, mortgages, regulations, and other relevant topics. • Set up property inspections and site visits for potential clients. Inform them about the suitability and worth of the houses they are seeing. • As sales progress, keep an eye on them and communicate with any interested parties, both internal and external, such as the finance, projects, and customer service departments as well as mortgage businesses. • Keep friendly ties with your clientele by offering assistance, pertinent information, and direction. • By keeping up with market trends, rivals, and the real estate business, you can spot new or improved items. • Make sure that the application form, offer letters, contract of sales, basic pertinent information, clients' valid identity, and payment receipts are all properly completed. • Make sure that all paperwork is scanned and uploaded, and that every client is set up in the Sales Interactive Management Software (Sims). • Represent the company at fairs, exhibits, and trade events. • By taking part in professional activities, reading trade journals, building a personal network, benchmarking cutting-edge procedures, and attending educational courses, one can keep up their technical and professional expertise. • Participate in team endeavors by completing relevant tasks as required. • Make that all reports—weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual—are prepared by the deadlines.

Requirements

• BSc. in Administration (Marketing Option); or any other relevant degree with two to three years of relevant work experience. • Five years of experience or more for an HND holder. • Having a strong foundation in finance is advantageous. • Communication and Presentation Skills, Effective Client Relationship Management powerful negotiating abilities, Time management skills, Sales Planning, powerful administrative abilities.
