Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized person to work as an office administrator and tutor coordinator on our team. In this hybrid position, your duties will include overseeing the efficient operation of our administrative processes and liaising with our tutoring team to provide our students with outstanding learning opportunities. With the option to visit the office twice a week, this role allows for the flexibility of working remotely most days. Please be aware that in order to respond to any inquiries from students or tutors, you must be reachable on your work phone or WhatsApp line on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Office: • Oversee daily administrative duties, such as returning calls, sending emails, and replying to WhatsApp messages. • Getting in touch with recently enrolled students to inquire about whether they need help utilizing the platform • Arrange and plan activities, meetings, and appointments. - Examine the platform's lesson recordings to ensure that the lessons were effective. • To handle payment, provide finance with the amount of hours each tutor completed at the end of each month. • Every Tuesday, we share our VirTrivia Championship on our Instagram story. • Help with the writing of presentations, reports, and other materials. • Coordination of Tutors: • To make sure new tutors live up to our high standards, find, hire, and train them. • In order to maximize tutoring sessions and satisfy student demand, plan tutor appointments and assign homework. • Serve as the tutors' primary point of contact and respond to any issues or queries they might have. • Keep an eye on tutor performance and offer assistance and criticism as required to guarantee that top-notch sessions are delivered. • Assistance for Students: • Help students and their families with questions about scheduling, technical support, and tutoring programs. • Get input from parents and students so that we can keep enhancing our tutoring services and programs. • Work together with tutors to create learning programs that are tailored to each student's requirements and objectives. • Interaction & Cooperation: • Encourage a cooperative and upbeat work atmosphere by interacting with stakeholders and team members in an efficient manner. • Work together on projects and company initiatives with other departments, such marketing and technology. • Keep up with developments in the field of online education and industry trends to help guide the company's creativity and decision-making.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a similar subject is preferred. • Prior experience working in customer service, office administration, or educational coordination positions. • Strong time-management and organizing abilities, as well as the capacity to successfully multitask and prioritize. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both written and spoken forms. • Proficiency with other pertinent software programs and Microsoft Office. • It's advantageous to know about online learning platforms and technology. • Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
