To create, carry out, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across numerous online platforms, we are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist. Through smart digital activities, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be in charge of raising customer interaction, producing qualifying leads, and building brand awareness. A strong grasp of online marketing strategies, a love for digital marketing, and a history of producing quantifiable outcomes are requirements for the perfect applicant.
• To increase traffic, engagement, and conversions on various digital platforms—such as websites, social media, email, and search engines—develop and implement digital marketing strategies. • To meet campaign goals and increase return on investment, plan, carry out, and optimize advertising campaigns on websites like Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other digital ad networks. • To raise search engine ranks and increase organic visibility, conduct keyword research, optimize the content of your website, and oversee both on-page and off-page SEO activities. • Take the lead in producing interesting material for digital platforms, including as email newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and multimedia (such infographics and videos). • Key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics should be tracked, examined, and reported on in order to assess the success of campaigns, spot areas for development, and make informed decisions. • To promote creativity and ongoing development, keep abreast of market developments, cutting-edge technology, and best practices in digital marketing. Then, share your knowledge and suggestions with the group. • Work together with cross-functional teams, such as those in sales and product, to make sure that digital marketing campaigns are in line with the overarching aims and objectives of the company.
• Advanced degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline. • A minimum of three years' worth of demonstrated experience in a digital marketing capacity as a manager, specialist, or in a position comparable to it. • competence with email marketing software (e.g., Hub Spot, Mail chimp), social media management tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools and platforms. • Strong grasp of the concepts, methods, and best practices of digital marketing, including website optimization, email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, SEM, and SEO. • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to decipher information, derive conclusions, and make judgments based on data in order to maximize campaign effectiveness and meet organizational goals. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive business growth and success.
