Overview

An Ad Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the advertising sales operations of a media company or advertising agency. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through the sale of advertising space or time across various platforms and channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of performance ads, and complete sales targets;
  2. Complete communication and negotiation with customers, establish and maintain good relationships with customers;
  3. Visit and return visits with customers, form a good cooperative relationship with customers, and develop new customer resources.
    Work requirements:
  4. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of work experience in advertising, emerging media and related fields;
  5. Those with effective customer resources (CPA, CPS) are preferred, those with 4A company advertising sales experience are preferred; those with website, media, and advertising sales experience are preferred;
  6. Be able to adapt to work pressure and dare to face challenges, and have good customer relationships;
  7. Has keen market insight and super execution;
  8. Strong communication skills, good customer development and service skills, excellent sales, negotiation and oral communication skills.

  5. Analytical Abilities: Analytical and data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to analyze market trends, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to drive informed decision-making.
  6. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the advertising industry, including media buying practices, advertising formats, pricing models, and emerging trends.
  7. Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen to understand pricing strategies, revenue models, and profitability analysis in advertising sales.
  8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and business priorities in a dynamic and competitive environment.
