Overview
The Online Sales Executive will drive revenue through live selling on TikTok by displaying assigned products to a wide online audience. This role requires high energy, confidence, and strong communication skills to engage viewers, demonstrate product value, and convert interactions into sales in real time.
Responsibilities
- Host live selling sessions on TikTok and other assigned platforms to promote and sell allocated products.
- Present products in an engaging and persuasive manner, including demonstrations, storytelling, and highlighting key benefits.
- Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments, questions, and purchase inquiries during live sessions.
- Drive sales conversions by creating urgency, building trust, and encouraging immediate purchases during live broadcasts.
Requirements
- HND or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service (preferably in furniture or retail).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online selling tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
