Fashion Shop Manager

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fashion Shop Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading the store team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed set targets.
• Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store staff.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Prepare and maintain required operational and sales reports.

Requirements

• HND/Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales-driven with strong business and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
