Operations Manager – Fashion Studio

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Operations Manager – Fashion Studio who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the fashion studio to ensure efficient workflows, timely production, quality standards, and effective resource management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations, including production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Oversee garment production processes from sampling to final delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, tailors, and production staff to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, fabric vendors, and external manufacturers.
• Monitor inventory of fabrics, trims, and materials and ensure timely procurement.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and control costs.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
• Track production progress and prepare operational and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, labor, and industry regulations.
• Support logistics, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in operations or production management within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of studio workflows and supply chain operations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
