Retail/Sales Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail/Sales Supervisor who will oversees daily store operations and sales activities, supervises sales staff, and ensures excellent customer service while driving sales performance and meeting targets. The role focuses on team supervision, inventory control, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Break down of targets to sales promoters and reps and guiding or assisting the team to meet the set targets and exceed goals.
• Improve sales by tracking, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics to identify shortfalls and making a good plan to improve sales market share of the brand.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales promotions in assigned areas, to help retail shops and also to increase brand visibility.
• Work with sales reps to build new customer base (both retail and distribution) to maximize sales
• Market visitation to access the performance of team members on the field and correct mistakes to meet company standards.
• Implement strategies to sell products.
• Feedback competitor activities in the market example pricing, promotions, strategies etc. to management on time in order to build a good strategy to overcome that of the competitor.
• Hold meetings with team members to train, correct, review performance and motivate for improvement
• Provide sales reports to management on time.
• Handling feedback and complaints from the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years and above sales experience.
• Excellent analytical and reporting writing skills.
• Good knowledge of the market in consumer electronics industry.
• Leadership skills, Team Management, Analytical, Interpersonal Relationship and Sales Management.
