PHONE REPIAIR TECHNICIAN

Overview

The ideal candidate must be able to effectively combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce engaging and informative content. In this role, organizational and technical skills are essential, and all candidates must have extensive knowledge of design software.

Responsibilities

The cell phone repair technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various phone models, ensuring the quality and speed of their work. They will be required to work with the professional tools needed for repairs, provide quality service, and advise customers on the specific needs of their devices. - Perform accurate diagnostics of cell phone faults. - Carry out necessary repairs (screens, batteries, motherboards, etc.). - Test devices after repair to ensure proper operation. - Advise customers on the maintenance of their devices. - Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. - Manage spare parts stocks and ensure their replenishment. - Respect quality and safety standards during repairs.

Requirements

- Diploma in electronics, maintenance or a related field (training in mobile phone repair preferred). - Fluency in English, both spoken and written. - Practical experience with tools needed for cell phone repair (soldering station, screwdrivers, tweezers, etc.). - Immediate availability. - Autonomy, rigor and sense of customer service. - Good communication skills and team spirit.
