Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee all aspects of the drive-thru company, manage the kitchen efficiently, supervise employees, and streamline the order-to-delivery procedure. The ideal applicant will be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and has a solid history in food service operations, logistics, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the drive-thru service's daily operations to make sure that processes are efficient and seamless. • Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, such as quality assurance, inventory control, and food preparation. • Maintain excellent performance and outstanding customer service by supervising and training employees. • To guarantee prompt and precise service delivery, streamline the order taking and fulfilment procedures. • Observe and uphold hygienic, safety, and health standards in accordance with laws governing the food sector. • Oversee the delivery chain's logistics to guarantee prompt and effective client deliveries. • Create and put into effect operational rules and processes to improve customer happiness and productivity. • Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and implement required changes. • Work together with vendors and suppliers to provide a consistent flow of premium supplies and ingredients.

Requirements

• Shown expertise in the food service sector as an operations manager or in a related managerial position. • Excellent team management and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire employees. • Outstanding decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation laws. • Outstanding multitasking and organizing abilities. • The capacity to perform well under pressure in a hectic setting. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Competence in scheduling, logistical coordination, and inventory management. • It is advantageous to have prior experience with operational software and restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.
