Production Lead

Overview

This position entails maximizing resource use, guaranteeing smooth operations, upholding quality standards, and enforcing personnel compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out production schedules in order to achieve delivery deadlines. • To match production with demand, collaborate with the marketing and design departments. • Ensure ideal stock levels by keeping an eye on the fabric and material inventory. • Create mechanisms to monitor and control inventory consumption. • Create and implement quality criteria for every product. • Verify compliance with quality standards on a regular basis. • Oversee and inspire the production crew while making sure that company regulations are followed. • Deal with performance concerns and, if required, offer training. • Find production process inefficiencies and make the necessary adjustments. • To keep an eye on and improve workflows, use production management software. • Implement regulations to stop illegal activity and the misappropriation of business assets. • Examine and resolve infractions of corporate policies. • Keep thorough records of production data and provide management with regular reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in industrial management, fashion production, or a similar discipline. • Five years or more of expertise managing the production of clothing. • Competence with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and production management tools and software. • Strong leadership and organizing abilities. • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
