• To create and develop a lead pipeline, find and interact with new customers via a variety of channels (online enquiries, networking, and referrals).
• Meet and converse with prospective investors or purchasers to learn about their requirements, tastes, and financial constraints in order to make tailored real estate suggestions.
• During property tours, point out the characteristics and advantages while responding to enquiries to meet the demands of the customer.
• To give customers well-informed advice, stay current on pricing, rival products, and developments in the local real estate market.
• Track and manage sales opportunities, leads, and prospects while responding to questions and guiding them through the sales funnel.
• Representing the business at trade exhibitions and other relevant gatherings.
• Create and preserve enduring connections with customers to promote referrals and repeat business.
• To guarantee a seamless and effective transaction procedure, collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments.
• Make sure goals are reached by keeping track of and reporting to the sales manager on lead status, market circumstances, and sales performance.
• Create and oversee agreements, contracts, and other necessary paperwork while making sure they are accurate and compliant with the law.
• After the transaction, continue to assist customers by answering their queries and concerns in order to win their loyalty and contentment.
