This position is in charge of overseeing and managing the company's finance team and strategy, as well as making sure that the financial strategy and function continue to grow and develop.
• Compile and submit the yearly budget in accordance with budget rules on time for approval by Head Office. • Ensure adherence to budgetary control measures by keeping spending within authorized limits. • Provide monthly results estimates that are accurate while taking preventative action to prevent unsatisfactory outcomes. • Provide the Managing Director with management information after analyzing and assessing monthly accounting to find patterns and deviations. • Using the company's ERP system, perform decentralized accounting transactions accurately while maintaining thorough records and supporting documentation. • In order to optimize cash flow, oversee the regional accounts receivable operation and make sure that credit is effectively controlled.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management (a postgraduate degree is very beneficial) and a chartered accountant certification • At least five years of senior management experience in accounting and/or finance, along with familiarity with local tax laws, security industry laws, and company law • Knowledge of the company Finance Policy, its processes, and adherence to legal, tax, and other requirements • Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and leadership abilities • Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities as well as computer literacy • Strong auditing and accounting abilities combined with a customer-focused attitude • Capacity for teamwork, relationship-building, and innovation
